Marcos Berkman Margolis is a founding partner of the firm. Mr. Berkman is specialised in a wide variety of areas of litigation, such as civil (including family law), commercial, real-estate, leases, insolvency and bankruptcy procedures. Mr. Berkman studied law at the Universidad Nacional Autoónoma De México in the México City campus and obtained his law degree in 1967. Mr. Berkman is, among others, legal counsel of the Israeli embassy in México and President of the Mexican Association of Jewish Lawyers. Some of his publications comprise: "Estudio comparado Sobre la Estructura Juridica del Ejido y El Kibutz ", co-author of "A Practical Guide to the Enforcement of Foreign Judgments", and "Estates" published by Kluwer Law and Taxation Publishers of the Netherlands . Mr. Berkman is a member of the Barra Mexicana-Colegio de Abogados , the American Bar Association, The International Bar Association and The International Association of Jewish lawyers and jurists. Mr. Berkman is fluent in English, Yiddish and Hebrew and is conversant in French.

Víctor Manuel Lira Pérez, Mr. Lira is specialised in a wide variety of areas of litigation, such as civil (including family law), commercial, real-estate, leases, insolvency and bankruptcy procedures. Mr. Lira studied law at the Universidad Nacional Autónoma De México in the Mexico City campus and obtained his law degree in 1964. Mr. Lira is a former member of the Tribunal Superior de Justicia del Distrito Federal (Superior Court of Justice in México City ) where he served as a judge for 14 years. Mr. Lira is a member of the Barra Mexicana-Colegio de Abogados .
